ABOUT STEPHANIE, YOUR COACH:
I’m a satiety and weight-loss coach for women with a background in cooking instruction, personal cheffing, recipe development, cookbook writing, meal planning, and food writing. I don’t just tell women what is healthy - I work with them to create delicious food that they and their families can prepare simply and enjoy, with recipes and systems that last a lifetime.
My motivation for offering ELMB and Project Vibrancy Coaching (my 1:1 coaching) is to share my unique ability for translating healthy, science-based practices into a busy life. I’m not just another nutrition coach who tells you to eat a clinical diet.
