The problem with the usual approach is that it focuses in a surface way on food and calories, without understanding the depth of challenges midlife women face.

Anyone can learn about healthy food but how do you make it a part of your every day in the context of family schedules, work travel, food sensitivities, chronic conditions, life upheavals, perimenopause and menopause, and/or past struggles with food?

My speciality is twofold. One, I’m really good at teaching you how to make and find appetite-crushing, simple, healthy meals on a consistent basis, no matter where you are. 

And two, I have a knack for helping you see beliefs and old patterns that you can’t see on your own and reframe them so you can reach your health goals and sustain them.

A bit more about me...

I’ve written 3 cookbooks, authored 52 weeks of meal plans, and have written a health food blog since 2006. I’ve shared thousands of healthy recipes in books, magazines, blogs, on social media, and with my clients.

I’ve been teaching cooking, live and on Zoom, also since 2006. I’ve taught in office conference rooms, on convention stages, in homes, on TV, and from my own kitchen. Nothing makes me happier than when people learn to let recipes go and start cooking from their own minds and palates. 

I started coaching in 2017 when my Project Vibrancy Meals meal plan clients wanted private, personal support for tackling overeating, gut health problems, high cholesterol, building muscle, pre-diabetes, eating disorders, autoimmune conditions, weight loss, and more. The conversations I have with clients are deeply tailored to individual lives and conditions.

My coaching business and Satiety Formula has grown mostly word-of-mouth, just one happy woman passing my name on to another.

When you sign up for coaching, I’ll send you my calendar link right away so we can get right to work. You want results. Let's make it happen.

Here's how it will go:

- Over the course of 6-8 weeks, we will meet 4 times on Zoom.

- I will teach you my satiety formula and we will set goals each week, creating clear steps to take so YOU SEE CHANGE. No more being confused and stuck.

- I'll teach you my process for reframing the inevitable discomfort that arises when making healthy changes. THIS IS THE SECRET SAUCE that keeps you from quitting. It is an absolute game-changer. Consider it the kickass condiment of habit change, if you will.

- We will track your progress and I will help you troubleshoot, every step of the way.

- Together we will create a plan to keep your progress rolling through the rest of the year. 

- You will know what to eat and why. How much protein, how much fat, how many carbs. No matter where you are - in your kitchen or in restaurants. You'll receive a weekly nutrition lesson, podcast and book recommendations, and other recommendations for resources to keep you learning and motivated.

- Project Vibrancy Meal plans are included so you have a shopping list, recipes, storage instructions, and batch cooking instructions for each week. 

I have spent thousands of dollars and several years experimenting, studying, recipe testing, conducting free trainings, and pulling the very best research and information available together to share with you in this program.

Can you do the same? Sure. In fact, you probably have purchased several cookbooks, tried different diets, bought a lot of supplements, experimented with trends, and still...you're not feeling consistent and vibrant. If you totaled up the cost of what you've spent so far, it would likely be $1000? Even $3000? More?

I only offer a limited number 1:1 coaching spaces for obvious reasons. I spend a lot of time getting to know you, doing research, offering a personalized process, and making sure you take steps that make your healthy habits a reality.

Four hours of consulting is worth $800. I also include three months of meal plans, worth another $100. I also include the BONUS of the Kickass Condiments E-book and 4 cooking classes for another $220 in value.

All told, this is an $1120 package that I'm offering for $399 (for now).
