Why this class?

There was a point in my mid-40s when I felt like I’d been dropped into someone else’s body.

I was doing “everything right” — cooking beautiful meals, walking, lifting weights, eating healthy foods…

…and still sleeping terribly, feeling really inflamed, and looking puffy and tired.

I remember looking at photos and thinking:

“This isn’t me. Where did I go?”

Because I’m a recipe developer, food writer, and former private chef who has had food and nutrition change my entire life, more than once, I knew I needed to dig deeper.

So I rebuilt my whole system:
