I'm so excited to cook together!
Entree salads - in any season - are an incredible way to load up on delicious nutrients and keep yourself full all day long. They play a very happy role in my life (if you follow me on Instagram you've likely noticed the number of salads I post, ha) and I'm excited to share my best tips with you.
In our class we will spend about 2 hours preparing three entree salads (Spicy Asian Slaw with Chicken, Tuscan Kale with Sausage, and Quinoa Tabouleh) including 3 fabulous dressings. All salads are designed to taste great for a few days. Beyond the salads themselves (yum), you'll walk away from the class knowing how to create quick, healthy, delicious entree salads on a regular basis.
We will meet via Zoom at 2:00 pm Central on March 19, 2022.
Here's how it will work:
- I'll send you a Zoom link.
- I'll also send you an ingredients list before the class so you can pick up what you don't already have on hand.
- I'll also send you set-up instructions so you're ready to go (equipment, pans, etc.).
- We'll prep together and I'll offer tips, you can ask questions, and I'll provide instruction as we go along.
- You can feel free to have a glass of wine, ask questions about nutrition, batch cooking, my go-to quick meals, on and on.
