In our class we will spend about 1.5 hours preparing three amazing lunches for you to enjoy all week, at home or on-the-go. During the class we'll discuss how to set yourself up for easy, healthy lunches you love, all week long.
Here's our gluten-free menu:
BLT Lettuce Wraps with Avocado & Sweet Potato
Caprese Frittata
Chicken Salad with Grapes & Walnuts over Arugula
Plantain Wraps (to enjoy with your favorite sandwich fillings; they're grain-free, freezable, and soooooo good)
Lemon-Herb Pesto (to enjoy with all of the above)
Healthy lunches have the power to change what you eat for dinner too - in fact, they set up a great day, give you energy for the afternoon, and prevent pre-dinner snacking. No more 4 pm crash-and-burn!
We will meet via Zoom at 7:00 pm Central on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
Here's how it will work:
- I'll send you a Zoom link.
- I'll also send you an ingredients list so you can pick up what you don't already have on hand.
- I'll also send you set-up instructions so you're ready to go (equipment, pans, etc.).
- We'll prep together and I'll offer tips, you can ask questions, and I'll provide instruction as we go along.
- You can feel free to have a glass of wine, ask questions about nutrition, batch cooking, my go-to quick meals, on and on.
- We'll have a blast and your fridge will be full of lunches you look forward to eating.
