I'm so excited to cook together!
Our class will be a mini batch-cooking session, about 1.5 hours long, where we'll prepare enough food for 3 meals during the week. We'll prepare 1 protein, 2 condiments, a starch, and chop some vegetables. I'll provide you with a shopping list and with instructions for creating 3 fast, healthy, and very flavorful meals from what we batch cook.
Menus are based on a paleo/gluten-free template, with options for dairy-free and autoimmune protocol diets.
We will meet via Zoom at 6:00 pm Central on June 10, 2021.
Here's how it will work:
- I'll send you a Zoom link.
- I'll also send you an ingredients list so you can pick up what you don't already have on hand.
- I'll also send you set-up instructions so you're ready to go (equipment, pans, etc.).
- You'll use the ingredients we prepare to pull together 3 fast meals during the week - I'll provide instructions.
- We'll prep together and i'll offer tips, you can ask questions, and I'll provide instruction as we go along.
- You can feel free to have a glass of wine, ask questions about nutrition, batch cooking, my go-to quick meals, on and on.
Here's what we'll prepare:
- Shrimp or baked tofu
- Orange sauce
- Cucumber yogurt sauce
- Rice
- Sliced cabbage
- Sliced radishes
Here's what you'll receive assembly instructions for (i.e. how to put together the meals):
- Sesame stir-fry
- Greek rice bowls
- Crunch sweet & sour salad
