In our class we will spend about 1.5 hours preparing 5 delicious, high-protein breakfast staples to stash in your fridge and/or freezer (we'll discuss both in our class).
Here's what we'll be making:

you won't want to miss this!
Here's how it will work:
- I'll send you a Zoom link.
- I'll also send you an ingredients list so you can pick up what you don't already have on hand.
- I'll also send you set-up instructions so you're ready to go (equipment, pans, etc.).
- We'll prep together and I'll offer tips, you can ask questions (we do a Q&A at the end), and I'll provide instruction as we go along.
- You can feel free to have a glass of wine, ask questions about nutrition, batch cooking, my go-to quick meals, on and on.
